The Real Pigs in the Swine Flu Trough

As many of those in New York State may know already, although many still remain in the dark, the State has just become first in the nation to make mandatory Swine Flu (also known as the H1N1 virus) shots mandatory for all healthcare workers in the state.  And now added an extra special kicker, as in the ass, for those who do not comply.

Take it or get fired.

Which is not only appalling, given that this is a clear violation of several major laws: OSHA, which covers worker’s safety, considering the many unanswered questions about the vaccine’s safety (despite government propaganda to the contrary, and I’ll come back to that in a minute), Disability law, privacy law, Title XII and ultimately Constitutional rights.

The decision by the State’s leading health official is not only widely controversial, with two class actions already being filed or about to be, in the state and at least one federally and generating protests in the State Capital in Albany, but a sign of something far worse on the horizon, just as many critics already predicted and feared would come true. Nationally.

The first is that this act is horrific, illegal, and dangerous to both workers and patients.  And everybody’s families.  On both sides.  Born and  unborn.  Talk about public officials who should be renamed “Typhoid Mary” for their appallingly ill informed, and probably dictated to from Washington mandates about mandatory innoculation programs for healthcare workers here in New York.  Which would include Paterson, who is in the works of trying to make this permanent, and from what I can glean for EVERYONE in the State of New York, just like they’re doing in a State immediately to our North called Massachusetts VERY openly right now.

The second is that it was inevitable and is probably not a local act at all but rather what looks suspiciously like another heavy handed dose of Washington meddling in New York politics and on behalf of Wall Street and Big Pharma (yet again).  This smells like the odor of Michelle Obama’s approach to healthcare in Chicago, and rather predictable, given her husband’s own meddling in local politics here in the state of late.  Not to mention a left over Bush policy that is being yet again adopted by the so-called “agent of change we can believe in.”

BO.  As in this thing stinks.

If it sounds like a giant conspiracy theory, and yes it does to me too, unfortunately there are too many things from too many respectable folks, like what is going on in my neck of the woods, that make me believe that this isn’t.  Not to mention these documents from rather official sources, and this really appalling blog report that sounds just a bit too authentic, given what I know from my own time as an investigative reporter covering the Pentagon, not to mention the appalling actions of the VA lately, that suggest that some folks at rather high places have been planning this for some time.  See my previous blog on the subject of vaccinations.

Plus, you know, details being what they are, Bird flu/Swine flu?  What’s the difference?

Particularly as this current strain apparently appears to have elements of both.  Plus the bioweapon kind.  Which is included in an announcement about liability by a Ms. Sebelius (head of HHS) which I’ll get to in a moment, and makes this EVEN MORE SUSPICIOUS.  And somebody’s been thinking about mass epidemics of some kind for awhile. Internationally.  Which is kind of spooky, don’t you think?

That’s why I’m writing about it.  Say what you will and please, give it all the skepticism you want, because I am too, but all I can tell you is that when I went to get my ‘scrips filled today, the workers in my local clinic, which is actually very good, were scared to death. Everyone was talking about the protests upstate, and downtown.  And about both about losing their jobs and their lives.  Or being permanently crippled.  And forced to live in poverty for the rest of their lives.  AND they know about what’s in the vaccine and how easily it can be spread.  AND the side effects.  I told you, I got an earful today, because the clinic was busy and I heard alot of gossip, not to mention I had a long chat with one of the male nurses because I also had a blood test.  And several Board of Health workers who are paid so badly by the city that they have to use the same kind of public clinic I do.  And I’m on Medicaid.  But should also tell you how good the clinic is, probably the best in the city, because THAT’s where ALL the Department of Healthworker’s go.

Michelle, honey, you think you’ve got underground sources?  Girlfriend, you ain’t seen nothing yet.

But moving back from Washington to New York and to the swine flu and my clinic.  As I said, even the nurses know their shit.

And the lawsuits and the protests are very real.  Which cost a fortune.  And the people filing them aren’t billionaires, but normal working class nurses and city workers.

So that lends alot of cred to what is being reported.  But let me start at the beginning to fill in the newcomers to the issue.

As many have suspected, and this is a global suspicion, from healthcare workers to physicians all over the world, the vaccine itself is not safe, not to mention that this may in fact be an “oops” got out of the lab bioweapon on the hoof.  From respectable sources all over the world.  Not to mention this little shocker.

But in terms of the vaccine itself, between reports of the use of mercury and what are called adjuvants, and other nasty little things included in the vaccines for god knows what reason, and the fact that the vaccine has not been properly tested, not to mention that despite all the rhetoric that the vaccine is perfectly safe from Ms. Sebelius at HHS as well as other government officials and the mainstream media (despite Sebelius’ slipping a little noticed legal immunity into the Federal Register this summer releasing all federally contracted vaccine makers from getting sued from those who might suffer side effects from the vaccine, a favorite tactic of dodgy political players who don’t want their dubious acts to get any attention, because very few except the policy wonks actually read the damned thing, and the press release on Yahoo from the AP report (never picked up by the major media, by the way, was quickly removed, and the immunity more than questionable if the vaccine is as safe as they say it is), and this on top of what the vaccine actually contains or not.

Or has been contaminated, as reports have repeatedly claimed, that Bayer, among others, shipped a whole batch that was contaminated around the world (reminiscent of the AIDS contaminated blood disasters, remember those?).

And many adults remember the disaster of the 70’s when the first swine flu epidemic turned out to be a total act of hysteria that crippled thousands of people and was totally unnessessary, but of course a huge financial bonanza for the vaccine makers.

In addition there are a few other legal problems of a class action kind.  And from several directions.  Not to mention a pack of lies.  And easily provable by like a two second internet search on any browser and CPU made say past 1980 (although yes those older models would need alot of patching fixing, an external modem and would be a major pain in the ass).  Take it from me…try a newer version…it’s easier that way.  Plus broadband.  That’s an extra kicker for those of you not in the know, since I’m also dealing with some really stupid people right now who need to be taught some lessons they don’t understand, and this message is for you too folks.

And they are going to get the link to this blogsite come a day very soon.  Like tomorrow.

But back to mandatory swine vaccination policies and debunking the propoganda you might be hearing, if you are hearing any thing at all.

The first is that the state is claiming that this mandatory vaccination program is to protect patients.

That’s false.  To the point of complete and utter bullshit.

In New York State, workers will be given the live vaccination, which makes them active carriers and can pass the virus to their patients, not to mention THEIR OWN FAMILY MEMBERS when they get home, which effectively endangers three populations. The latter two completely unknowingly.  And without permission.  This is what the Nazis did to the Jews folks.  I know.  Most of my family was slaughtered in the Holocaust and I have relatives who survived Buchenwald and Kristalnaght, so I’ve heard first hand accounts of it.  And of course what state in the Union has the highest percentage of Jews in the United States?  Or a city Jesse Jackson still is haunted to this day for called “Hymie-Town?”  And trust me, Florida is already a lost cause.  It’s on the books,  it’s just not enforced yet.

Furthermore, this is a violation of people’s privacy, both on the job, and off of it, and has other implications as well.  The powers that be say the only exceptions to getting the shot are for medical reasons which forces people to reveal their disabilities to their employers, which is a violation of both the federal disabilities laws (the 1973 Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act) as well as state and city Human Rights law.  Which has FURTHER IMPLICATIONS this morons are either ignoring are running over, the first is inexusable, and the second illegal, and is cause for pause ASAP under Federal, State, and New York Human Rights laws protecting those with disabilities, plus a small law called Hipaa, which protects EVERYONE, which mandates that NOBODY is allowed to force you to reveal your disability OR your health records, even if perfectly healthy, according to conventional wisdom, unless you are required to ask for an accommodation per federal disability law.  And the hell that breaks loose when you do.  Meaning, we are going to make your life a living hell until you quit because we don’t want gimps on payroll.  Don’t believe me?  The New York nurses certainly know that.  That’s one of the reasons that they are scraping barrels of barrels in the middle of this economic nightmare, to find the nastiest MF lawyers on the planet to file these lawsuits against the state. And the feds.   Because those DO NOT come cheap.

Keep reading.  I do hope I have your attention now, because that is VERY easy to verify online.  And not on sites like Aliens-R-Us.com.

What’s worse, especially in the middle of the worst DEPRESSION, let’s call it like it is (and the worst housing crisis in New York city since the thirties thanks to Mr. Bloomberg and now Secretary of HUD Mr. Donovan’s God Awful housing policies) which have led to the worst housing crisis since the Great Depression, and should instantly make every New Yorker vote against Hizzoner, since it’s costing the city and the state an absolute fortune to house shelters to the overflowing point (costing taxpayers between $36-$37,000 per bed per year.)

Or to put this in perspective, more than ten grand a year more than my unregulated non rent controlled studio apartment in the cheapest part of the city.  And of course is a breeding ground for a real pandemic if it happens, which is why Bloomberg is even more irresponsible and deserves to be canned this fall.  And Paterson definitely deserves to go down, because he’s planning on making this permanent.  FOR EVERYBODY IN THE STATE.  OR YOU CAN’T GET HIRED, OR OWN ANY KIND OF PROFESSIONAL LICENSE.  That would include things like say, MDs, PhDs law degrees, MBAs, Title 7 Certifications.  You know, that kind of thing.  Those throw away, trashy, low brow people.

Of course what makes this even worse is that just the disclosure, not to mention the full blown development of a visible disability of any kind can lead to instant termination in whatever job you work in and no matter how much you get paid, (trust me it happened to me, even though it is highly illegal but a statute that is never enforced), not to mention discrimination on the job and often leads to a situation called in legalese, constructive discharge, which means that they make your life so miserable that you quit on your own because nobody wants to have gimps on the payroll (90% of the 20% of the population of the U.S. with a disability is unemployed and lives in poverty because of this kind of discriminatory attitude and lack of enforcement of the law).

A fact the Obama administration has done absolutely NOTHING to address except to say per Mr. Dale, the sole White House employee with a disability, who only works on the issues of people with disabilities on a part time basis, that “more study is needed” when they have a very good plan submitted by me that solves the plan very handily, not to mention that is an attitude, not to mention approach to the solution, that is complete and utter BULLSHIT.  It’s called ADAPTIVE TECHNOLOGY.

But nonetheless the one adopted by the so called geniuses at the White House.  And one that is costing you, wherever you are, as a U.S. taxpayer, a fortune.

Just disability payments alone (not counting housing, medical care, etc.) and deliberately excluding approximately 1/5 of the population of the U.S. from the workforce, (even the feds only hire less than 1% of their workforce from the ranks of us gimps and on average at jobs two grades lower than their able bodied colleagues for no reason whatsoever except discrimination) costs you, the taxpayer the equivalent of the entire U.S. deficit every year.  IN JUST DISABILITY PAYMENTS ALONE.  And trust me, given what I’ve seen, there are a great deal of folks who work for the state, and I’m keeping a list of just those I’ve encountered to date, who are guilty of widespread disabilities fraud, as in they incited me to apply, when I knew I was not eligable, and that is a little no-no called FRAUD.  A belief by the way just backed up by very senior folks at HHS.  And they would be the ones making the ultimate sign off on these things, and I believe in the scheme of things, would outrank and be more educated both state  AND city officials opinions on the matter.  At least in the eyes of the Judiciary anyway.  And on these issues, that is ALL THAT COUNTS, to the considerable embarrassment and a lot of red faces in a certain part of the world if certain things don’t happen (God, isn’t the suspense killing you?  It should be, because this one is big).

Just a hunch, but I did work in the nation’s Capitol at a rather high level for quite  a few years, as I think I’ve mentioned before.  And yes, the feds do have final say over federal disability eligibility, you dipshits.

Not to mention, is this kind of discrimination really worth it?

Especially since what is called adaptive technology (such as talking computers, and a lot of IT, can level the playing field at work).  The answer of course is NO, it’s not, but Obama and Co. have done absolutely nothing to address it, while only adding to the problem by escalating two wars and in fact adding to the population of those with disabilities, including one of the most complicated to date to treat, called TBI, or traumatic brain injury, effectively doubling the population of those who have the condition in the U.S., with no plan except mine, which lies unnoticed and untouched in several federal agencies and the White House, but was highly praised at the TBI Centers for Excellence at DoD as being FAR AHEAD OF THEM AS AN AGENCY for dealing with the problem.  But I digress.  Only slightly though.

Because one of the other problems with the swine flu vaccination is the well documented fear, and growing evidence of neurological problems that come with it, which I’ll come back to in a moment.

Mandatory inoculation or you lose your job is also a violation of OSHA, which is a worker’s protection act, protecting workers, even non-union ones, in right to work states, from dangerous and hazardous working conditions, which this most certainly is.  See above.  If you develop a disabling disability, or even a disability at all, you will most certainly be fired, with no obligation from your employer for worker’s comp, thanks to the legal immunity given to the drug makers by the Federal Government.  And fired you most definitely will be, given the state of most employers’ attitudes about reasonable accommodations.  Not to mention the potential side effects of the vaccine itself.

And trust me, you don’t want to go through the horrific nightmare of being both fired and stuck with the kinds of disabilities this vaccine can cause.  Because with the EEOC taking, as in my case, two years and counting in just INVESTIGATIONS (which is technically illegal, but nevertheless that is their track record right now), and not being allowed to go on disability otherwise you lose your case according to most federal case law, which is sort of counter productive and a giant oversight missed by Congress in their redo of the ADA last year, not to mention a reduction in your contractual value as a gimp, again per federal case law in every circuit under, rather ironically, the Civil Rights Act of 1991…literally meaning that you are worth less as a human being in the eyes of the judiciary, just like slaves were, this is really pernicious and rotten.

And more than fucked up.

It is also a violation of Title VII, as this mandatory inoculation program appears to be aimed at mostly “healthcare workers” and nurses, not doctors, and of course that population is mostly women.  And of course pregnancy discrimination is a major problem under the Bloomberg administration (he’s been sued for it) as well as the horrific and well documented problems of Wall Street firms have with women, who of course, along with the pharma industry, stand to make a killing in all of this.  And you don’t get an exemption from being inoculated if you are pregnant, even though there is plenty of evidence that this vaccine can harm unborn children too.  Since this disease is supposedly transmitted via human to human contact, you’re not immune if you live on Park Avenue.  And trust me, if you’re a high flier, power player working at say Goldman Sachs, and happen to get the Swine Flu and a bad reaction the next time you visit your proctologist, well, tough shit, you’re toast buddy.

Ooops.  Forgot about that in your snuffling “oink oink” in the foie gras, paid for by more of OUR TAXPAYER MONEY than you will ever pay back, while not changing your ways at all, while the rest of America starves to death, didn’t ya?

There also appears to be a lot of lying about what exactly is in the damned vaccine to begin with.  Not to mention it’s efficacy.  And that for some strange reason, GERMAN soldiers are getting a completely different version of the drug that contains none of the problematic chemicals that are causing all the fuss in other countries all over the world.

For starters, nobody is contesting that the vast majority of the vaccines being distributed globally contains mercury, which is definitely hazardous to your health, as is plainly marked on say sea food, but for some reason when it comes to swine flu vaccines, “officials” are saying that it’s perfectly fine.  Even though it appears that the FDA may have never properly tested these vaccines and in fact is now headed to court because it’s getting sued for apparently violating federal law for lying about its testing procedure, whether these vaccines were properly tested at all, AND for lying to the public about the safety of these medications in the first place, in a chilling act reminiscent of what happened during the seventies.

Isn’t that exciting?  And can you spell U.S. GOVERNMENT LAWSUIT.  Not that there isn’t one already, and one has already been filed.  As in a Mother of one?  If not several.  And if they attempt to make ANY excuses that this is a time of war, or we are in a supposed state of emergency, I have plenty of evidence to show that more people are getting sick from the VACCINE than from the virus itself.  Not to mention that this “terrorism” crap is overblown, and we most certainly are not at war with our own people, particularly veterans who have just gotten their asses kicked to fight for this country.  Although given the crappy way they’ve been treated yet, give them the right cause, and they’ll probably do some whup ass too.

So this might be an act of the government plotting something like say a coup?  Because they KNOW what a crappy job they are doing.  And HOW BAD THINGS REALLY ARE.  AND HOW FED UP PEOPLE ARE.  And that there’s no recovery coming anywhere near a place near you, coming soon. Especially given it’s own acts to date to cover it’s ass?  And Obama’s remarkable backtracking on so many core issues in his campaign.

And wasn’t Ms. Sebellius’ act to make these bastards immune from lawsuits for their defective products responsible?  Especially given the pharma industry’s track record?  And probably came from direct orders from guess who?  Who also has done other really stupid and irresponsible things for the benefit of Wall Street and the pharma industry lately, like give up the right of the government to negotiate mass discounts for drugs.  Not to mention the crap that is healthcare deform legislation.  And I won’t even touch the so-called Bank Bailout issue, because that’s a subject for another blog that I could go on a rant for for decades.

But back to swine flu.  Mercury stays in the brain for a long time and is one of the reasons that so many MEDICAL people are linking vaccines that include mercury to neurological illnesses like say Autism, which the Obama administration claims it has made a top priority (so this push for swine flu vaccinations is kind of like shooting yourself in the foot).  The second is that it also causes other really nasty neurological diseases as well because it appears that the vaccine contains adjuvants (or boosters) which also have nasty side effects, (which officials have actually, in the face of medical research from extremely well qualified and well known medical institutions GLOBALLY) to deny (I mean, honey, as in YOU Ms. Sebelius, you are not in Kansas anymore, nor is your first name Dorothy, and there is this new fangled invention that’s been around for say, oh I don’t know a QUARTER OF A CENTURY, called the internet, in case you’ve never heard about THAT yet back in the hinterlands, so people can easily call you on you BULLSHIT).  But these diseases caused just by the vaccination,  have no cure for, and the best medication is currently outlawed for (marijuana), including a disease called dystonia, which I also have, thanks, in my case to my former employer’s illegal actions rather than medication, but nonetheless, the suffering, misery, consequences and horrific pain are all the same.  Click here for a story and to see video for what this condition does to you, on a horrific case far worse than mine THAT WAS DRUG INDUCED AND DIRECTLY LINKED TO THE SWINE FLU VACCINATION.

But the ingredients in this little witches’ brew are also linked to things like Gulf War syndrome, multiple schlerosis, and other very nasty neurological diseases.  Which of course medical workers and their infected patients can pass on to their wives and children.  EVEN THEIR UNBORN ONES.

EVEN BETTER PUBLIC HEALTH POLICY RIGHT?

As for me and my dystonia?  I just get called retard in public and my left side hurts like hell, and I run the constant risk of being misdiagnosed as having a psychiatric condition (a common problem for everyone with either TBI or dystonia) because there is no plan to deal with it except for a plan that I have created that also deals with TBI (the so called “signature wound of the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq,” that the White House is currently ignoring but still has no plan to deal with in any way), but trust me, it affects my whole left side and is one of THE most painful neurological diseases there is.  I currently take Marinol (fake THC) but only after convincing my GP that the FDA is currently funding trials on it for the condition (despite Obama’s denials that legalizing marijuana is a good idea). And only then after suffering through multiple other drugs the “industry” is pushing that I’m horrifically allergic to.

My neurologist insisted I take something far more dangerous and addictive.  With horrific side effects of their own.  I refused.   This is called PATIENT CHOICE.  AND THE ACTIONS OF AN INFORMED CONSUMER.  However the deliberately created government monopoly of ONE company that makes the drug I take now (primarily used for cancer and AIDS patients) makes the drug so expensive that even on Medicaid, where the government still retains its power to negotiate prices, which Obama stupidly gave up the right to do for other government healthcare programs (I mean if we get bulk discounts for tanks, don’t you think we should get them for medication too?) costs the U.S. taxpayer $800 for just two pills, and I take about six of them a day.  Good going Barack!

And excellent policy isn’t it?  When this could be an excellent source of green jobs and a high dollar cash crop in a tanking economy and a very good source of competition for a corrupt industry that the U.S. government is absolutely dead set against. Not to mention used for plenty of other things.  Like say an alternative for petroleum.  And clothing, and a ton of other things.

Why?

Because their buddies in the pharma industry, and the energy industry and Wall Street hate it.  That’s why.

Good policy, right?

But back to swine flu.

What’s really chilling is that New York State is also the place where Obama has been playing King maker lately, which is really pissing a lot of New York Democrats off, and setting up both a U.S. Democrat for an unchallenged primary Senate seat next year, and demolishing Paterson (who I’m no fan of, but the President needs to keep his hands out of local politics, thanks all the same), not to mention a Billionaire Mayor who decided that it was in the best interests of voters who absolutely voted for two term limits for the Mayors of New York to undermine the process and run for a third term in office, despite his disastrous policies.  And a craven city council who gave in to Hizzoner, to the incredible dismay of the citizens of the city.

He deserves to lose just on his housing policies, which are costing the taxpayers a fortune, (while all those luxury condos he and Donovan built while demolishing affordable housing are now sitting empty because nobody can afford them) and for enabling THIS vaccination crap, rather than fighting it.  In fact the rumor I’ve gotten to date is that Bloomberg plans to make the entire public health department of New York City take the damned thing as well.  Just to prove how PC and hip he is.

What a wild and craaaaazy guy.

I have a suggestion for Hizzoner.  He can take that idea and shove it.  In an orifice that he normally doesn’t use for pleasure.  Without the lubrication.  I hope the imagery is clear enough, because if it isn’t, I’m willing to sink the gutter to stop this crap.  And trust me, you don’t want to fight with Gimp Godzilla.  That would be me, if there was any confusion on the matter.

I hope every New Yorker reading this post votes against him because of it, because it’s absolutely disgusting.  And endangers your life in a very real and serious way.

His policy on gimps by the way is to effectively limit their employment in city jobs to 700 positions in a city of 8 million people and limit set asides in affordable housing to 2% in lotteries when our percentage in the population is ten times that.  Mr. Donovan shares the same mindset and is just as responsible, which is one of the reasons the housing market nationally is in such a mess and the Mortgage Bailout Bill sucked so badly.  And why so many people nationally are losing their homes.

Aren’t Mr. Obama’s cabinet picks just great?

But Bloomberg is grinding New York into the ground, and doing it so cynically he’s a close runner up to Obama on the local level in that department.  This year, he’s a supposed advocated for the poor (last year he ran his mouth about the fact that “New York was for Rich People”).  Never mind the inscription on the base of the Statue of Liberty.  He, like Obama, even makes fun of gimps.  In Bloomberg’s case, it was actually to humiliate a PWD reporter at a press conference to his face.  But he has no real intention of helping the poor.  He’s only interested, like Obama, in helping the rich.

His policies have certainly maintained that mindset.

And this is just the latest insult.  Although this thing should be scaring even the richest New Yorker, because you’ve got to go see the doctor too.

But ultimately folks, the scariest thing of all, is that as the protesters in Albany pointed out, we here in the Empire State, may be YOUR lab rats, wherever you are.  Along of course with all the enlisted souls, who have been told that vaccinations are mandatory. And that plans are already underway for quarantining, not just firing, ANYBODY who refuses to take the damned vaccine.  Nationally.  Which among other things, violates a little Constitutional law called THE FOURTH AMENDMENT, THE FIFTH AMENDMENT., and of course the inaliable RIGHT to OWN property (as IN SLAVERY HAS BEEN OUTLAWED FOR A VERY LONG TIME AND I PLAN ON KEEPING IT THAT WAY), you know, those kind of unimportant Constitutional Rights.  Not to mention EVERY CIVIL RIGHT ON THE PLANET.  OH, and HUMAN RIGHT TOO .   Small potatoes, I know, but if you don’t know what those are, I highly suggest you click on the links I’ve kindly provided to a couple of these issues, and do some internet research on the others “right quick” as my great grandmother Ethel used to say.

She was a direct discendent, as am I, of the first two women in U.S. History, to have served on the front line of any U.S. battle, in a little dustup called the Battle of King’s Mountain.  Which for all you history buffs out there is considered the turning point of a little historical fracus called THE REVOLUTIONARY WAR.  And DoD still discriminates, unlike say more progressive countries like Israel, to allow women battlefield positions and leadership positions that lead to say DoD Appointments. And Commander in Chief.

Even though I’ve already kicked DoD and the SecDef (sorry that’s Washington wonk speak for Secretary of Defense) in the ass already.  At the age of 27.

So you know I’m not lying about being Gimp Godzilla.  They do exist for real, just like in the movies, and after all, most “fiction” is well disguised reality anyway for those not in the know.   With some psychology and older people’s widsom thrown in for good measure.

I mean since we are on a meander, but a relative one, and you will see what I mean in a minute, not to mention using symbolism, something that alot of people have trouble with understanding these days, for some reason.  Perhaps our education system trains us to be clones?  Because according to some VERY, VERY illegal testing procedures I’ve just turned up somewhere in the Universe (but sure to come leaking out of a blog or a sieve somewhere pretty soon…ooops, did I say that?) I think some re-education, not to mention reorganization of who actually runs this country is in order.  I.E. Those who pay the bills.  THE US  TAXPAYERS.

They are already REFUSING entrance back into the U.S. at airports if you are a suspected carrier.  And take a look at this.  Which is another little legacy from Bush that both Obama and his buddy Deval Patrick are cooking up for us and don’t intend to change.  And what gave Sebelius the right to do what she did this summer.

So now you know what is really in store for ya under Obamacare, because this stinks of that too.  And as for New Yorkers, whoever and wherever you are, I’d say it’s time for some serious protest, whatever field you work in.

Even if it’s Wall Street.

Because if you get sick, it’s out the door you go.  They don’t like gimps on the Street.   (Or anywhere else for that matter)  But the Masters of the Universe who think they were so clever in cooking this scheme up, also by the way, just to rub it in your noses, you assholes, because YOU CREATED THIS, TRAVEL REGULARLY, INTERNATIONALLY.  AND THEREFORE ROUTINELY FACE THOSE AIRPORT CHECKS.

You see how dumb the supposed “Masters of the Universe” really are?  And short sighted?  And greedy?

Weren’t thinking about that at the time, were you, you pigs?  Just money.  And how can we screw the peons yet again?

Trust me.  I worked at the heart of it.  Been there, done, that, as the saying goes.

And Wall Street has about as much respect, actually less, if that’s possible, for federal civil rights law as securities law.

Been there, done that, got an extra disability because of it.  And had my whole life destroyed because of it.  While waiting two years and counting for the EEOC to finish investigating my case.  While of course being even more vulnerable to something like a real pandemic.  And having everyone, from the feds on down and multiple departments at that, continue to discriminate, while getting called retard in public just for the privilege.  Which of course the president thinks is hilarious, but he should try it sometime.  He wouldn’t think it was so goddamned funny.

And maybe then he’d move his ass on the issue.

But until then, I thought I’d give you a heads up about the crap that’s going on in the Empire State.  And what is probably coming your way soon.  And as I just shocked you, AREADY HAS.  And will probably affect the very people who thought they were going to make a financial killing out of it the first and hardest.

Isn’t that poetic justice?  But will ultimately be a hell of a mess for everyone.  And result in horrific suffering and endless victims.

Unless you put your feet down NOW and start making a hell of a fuss.  As in all bets are off.

That means calling the White House, emailing them till their servers go down, barraging Congress that the piece of crap legislation that Baucus and Rahmbo cooked up won’t cut it, and if you are a New Yorker, voting Bloomberg out of office, and making sure that either Paterson shapes up, or Cuomo gets the message he WON’T be governor next year unless he gets the message loud and clear.  On this and several other issues.  And Schumer, well, he needs to find another way to pay his bills.  That I think needs to be a very clearly communicated message.  Because he is a good senator on a lot of things.  And last year did something very brave politically.  It’s too wonky and DC-ish to explain in this blog post, but trust me, he’s done, for a politician, some good things for the State of New York.  He just needs to get over his ‘tude about meeting with me.  He does, after all, work FOR me.  And if we would like to exchange resumes, any day.

Because trust me, this swine flu thing is a very, very, nasty situation that you don’t want to find yourself in.

And probably coming to a state near you very soon.  And has already hit our shores.

For which you can thank both Obamas and Congress.

To paraphrase U.S. House of Representative Ron Paul, a Republican from Texas, you’d probably think the LAST kind of person I would normally agree with so many issues on, including this one, “forced vaccination programs are really just financial bonanzas for drug makers.”

Like they need additional help right now?  Especially with that piece of stinking merde Obama and Congress are trying to pass off as “Healthcare Deform” right now?  And another little teaser that is going to rock your boat when you find out about it (and you will, but that’s just a tease, and a reminder to some government folks that they better get a move on), you will absolutely go through THE STRATOSPHERE when you learn about.  I don’t care what flag you fly under or what political party you voted for.  This is such a no-no that I believe it may be a law that has never been broken.

It’s that bad.

So for this crap to be happening now, and here, and ANYONE in government, at ANY LEVEL, and yea, that means, you, the Feds, including ol’ wazzizzname at 1600 Penn. expecting me to treat you as anything but well trimmed shrubbery if you get in my way to Justice, which is really about issues that every American can understand, I have just one little piece of advice.

“You have to be,” and excuse the upcoming profanity, but cover your eyes if it’s THAT offensive (but as I say, if it’s good enough for Rahmbo, it’s good enough for me….I’ve already kicked his ass once too, what do you want – Barbie?) but there is no other phrase to describe it, “FUCKING KIDDING ME.”

Isn’t their definition of “change” something you can believe in?
